As one of the only CARF accredited Assisted Living Communities in the Commonwealth of Virginia, we excel in offering 24-hour emergency assistance with medications and treatments and activities of daily living. Our 7-days-a-week recreation calendar is full of social, spiritual, and wellness promoting activities, with a strong emphasis on supporting independence while supporting integration into our community. Our Residents and their visitors are encouraged to use our WiFi capabilities. Caton Merchant House, serving 25 plus years of quality care offers an advanced video surveillance security system, integrated phone and emergency call with our staff, on-site laundry services, a Beauty Shop, a physician's office, and multiple activity and recreation rooms. Each variable size apartment comes with local and long distance phone service, cable TV service, weekly housekeeping services, three meals and snacks, access to all on-campus activities, large closet space, a kitchenette, and large bathroom with accomodating safety shower.
